Privacy policy

Last updated 24 October 2026

NONPER is an Australian activewear label in development, made for umpires and officials. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it and how we look after it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you register your interest, we collect your first name, email address, your role (for example umpire, parent or player), your state or territory, the pieces you are interested in and the price you would expect to pay. We also record whether you agreed to receive emails, and the advertising campaign tags in the link you used to reach the site (for example which ad you clicked).

Like most websites, our hosting provider and advertising tools may also collect technical information such as your device, browser, pages viewed and approximate location.

Why we collect it

If you do not give us your name and email address, we cannot add you to the early access list.

Cookies and advertising

We may use the Meta Pixel and similar tools. These use cookies or similar technology to tell us when someone who saw our ads visits the site or registers interest, and to show our ads to people who are likely to be interested. Meta handles this information under its own privacy policy. You can control ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings and block cookies in your browser.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run NONPER, such as Wix (website hosting and our sign-up database), Meta (advertising) and our email provider. Some of these providers store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We use reputable providers and only share what they need to provide their service.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Emails and unsubscribing

We only send marketing emails to people who agreed to receive them. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You can also reply to any email we send you and ask to be removed.

Keeping it safe

We store your information with our service providers, who use industry-standard security. Access is limited to the NONPER team. We keep your information only while we need it for the purposes above, and delete it when you ask us to or when we no longer need it.

Young people

Many umpires start young. If you are under 15, please ask a parent or guardian before registering.

Your details, your call

Want to see, update or delete the details we hold about you? Just reply to any email from us and we'll sort it out quickly. If something about how we handle your information doesn't feel right, tell us and we'll make it right. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

We may update this policy as NONPER grows, for example when we start selling. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
